Atelier Jolie and Chloé are joining forces to create a ready-to-wear collection for women. The collection, designed by Angelina Jolie and Gabriela Hearst, artistic director of the French label, will align with Angelina Jolie's commitment to social values and Chloé's efforts towards environmental responsibility.
The project will exalt artisanal know-how by collaborating with an international network of manufacturers and B Corp certifications, while also highlighting female-led social enterprises. Made from dormant stock, the collection has achieved the highest percentage of low-impact materials ever seen in a Chloé collection, thereby reinforcing both Chloé's and Atelier Jolie's commitment to a fairer and more transparent industry.
Inspired by Jolie's personal style, the collection showcases a series of classic pieces with timeless aesthetics, fluid silhouettes, and intricate textured details, making them ideal for evening outings.
“It was important to me to work with Chloé, one of the first luxury brands to be a B Corp. It has been a privilege to design with Gabriela Hearst, and I hope all women will feel comfortable and beautiful in this capsule collection. My earnings from this collaboration will be invested in establishing apprenticeships for tailors and artisans at Atelier Jolie,” said Angelina Jolie on her Instagram.
This collaboration comes after Angelina Jolie announced the launch of her first brand, Atelier Jolie. With an innovative approach, the brand aims to democratize the fashion industry by connecting customers with expert tailors, pattern makers, and artisans from around the world.
